Mission Statement:

Create an inclusive organization where the differences of all people are respected, valued and utilized towards assisting and helping individuals with autism to become independent.

CSAAC's Diversity Program Goals:

• Promote a workplace that is respectful of individual differences and encourages a positive attitude toward diverse individuals, group, races, ages, culture and ethnicity and so forth.
   
• Encourage recruitment and retention of a diverse, highly skilled, productive and efficient workforce
   
• Promote diversity in the workplace by having meetings, trainings, discussions, and events in order to inform staff on diversity awareness.
   
• Reinforce CSAAC’s policies.
   
• Facilitate recognition of employees demonstrating excellence in diversity.
   
• Promote invisible and visible diversity.
