CSAAC provides critical services across the lifespan. Services range from Educational Services and Residential supports for school age children, through adult services including community-based Residential and Vocational programs.

Children’s Services: Serving toddlers through 21 years of age
The Community School of Maryland, accredited by the Maryland Board of Education, serving students with autism, ages 6 through 21.
Residential services for students in a supported residential setting as an adjunct to their school program.
Transition services, therapeutic horseback riding, adaptive physical education, speech and language services and occupational therapy services provided for school students.
Adult Services:
A residential program featuring highly trained direct support staff and an array of professional support services in single-family homes, town homes and condos throughout Montgomery County, Maryland
A vocational program providing supported employment, job training, social skills training, travel training and community-based recreation and leisure with the assistance of highly trained direct support staff.

Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder, creating the need for specialized professional services to augment basic supports. CSAAC has recognized that need since its inception and provides a team of highly specialized professionals whose expertise in autism is combined with their expertise in their professions. These services are provided through the Individual Educational Plans for children and Individual Program plans for adults.
