For individuals and families interested in CSAAC’s programs, it is recommended that they take a tour of the program in which they are interested in. If the individual and the family is interested in applying for CSAAC services following the tour, the next step is to complete the CSAAC Application for Services Form. The form needs to be completed in its entirety with all required supporting documentation attached for CSAAC to be able to review the application.
Once a complete application is received, CSAAC’s Admissions, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee reviews each application carefully to determine whether or not the applicant is a proper fit for CSAAC at the time of their review. The final decision is then communicated to the applicant and/or his/her representative.
