Investing in Our Team’s Financial Future
Executive Director Eric Salzano led an engaging investing seminar for CSAAC employees, providing valuable insights into building financial security through stock market investments. Team members learned how to find value lines and interpret them, gaining practical skills to make informed investment decisions for their futures. Celebrating Excellence in Direct Support – DSP-1 Graduates!
We are incredibly proud to congratulate our DSP-1 graduates: Samuel Tetteh, Valmy Nzams, Michael Donkor-Ware, and Elizabeth Saah! These dedicated professionals completed the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) certification program, demonstrating their commitment to providing the highest quality support to individuals with autism. Through CSAAC’s Career Progression Program, we’re investing in our team’s professional growth because highly trained staff provide better support and make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve.

CSAAC Holiday Party – A Festive Celebration!
The individuals had a wonderful time at the party, enjoying a festive atmosphere filled with laughter, music, and meaningful connections. Everyone participated in the activities with enthusiasm and truly embraced the spirit of the season.

CSAAC Halloween Dance Party – A Spooktacular Night of Fun!
CSAAC hosted its annual Halloween Dance Party, bringing together everyone for a night full of festive fun and community spirit! The event featured great music from the lively DJ, delicious food, and plenty of dancing as everyone showed off their creative costumes.

In-Focus Photographers
The In-Focus photographers went on a photography excursion at the Rockville Civic Center. The individuals took photographs around the 153 acres park that included the park, nature trails, and an outdoor recreation area.

4th of July Celebration and Parade
A group of CSAAC individuals were invited to take part in the Montgomery Village Independence Day Parade and Celebration. The individuals enjoyed decorating their CSAAC vehicles for the parade and participated in the fun festivities.

Community School of Maryland Field Day 2025 – “Game of Throws”
CSAAC’s Community School of Maryland held its annual CSM Field Day, dubbed the “Game of Throws,” on Friday June 6, 2025. The extremely festive event was complete with food, friends, family and fun!
