CSAAC’s Officers
Eric Salzano
Executive Director
Mr. Eric Salzano was appointed Executive Director in November 2017, after joining CSAAC earlier that year as the Director of Operations. Eric is the past President of the CSAAC Board of Directors. Having lived with family members impacted by autism, Mr. Salzano is dedicated to providing state of the art services to individuals supported at CSAAC.
Mr. Salzano has 37+ years of management experience, working as a General Manager in the grocery food industry.
Duval Johns
Director of Finance / CFO
Duval Johns joined CSAAC in October 2022 as the CFO/Director of Finance. He manages the totality of finance and accounting operations; financial planning, forecasting and analytics; budgetary preparations; and the overall fiscal management and financial health of the organization in support of CSAAC’s missions.
Duval has over 29 years of accounting, finance, budgeting, auditing, and leadership experience with the federal government, including 20 years of active military service in the United States Army as a finance specialist and senior advisor.
Craig A. Pardini
Chief Operating Officer / COO
Mr. Craig Pardini has been a dedicated leader at CSAAC since 2001 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversees organizational operations in support of CSAAC’s mission and long-term vision. Craig began his tenure at CSAAC in 2001 as the Administration/Office Manager, leading critical functions including Building Facilities, Information Technology (IT), and Administrative Services. In 2004, Craig was promoted to Director of Infrastructure Operations, a role in which he strengthened operational efficiency and advanced key infrastructure initiatives, paving the way for his eventual promotion to Chief Operating Officer. With over 28+ years of leadership experience, Craig brings deep expertise in business operations, strategic planning, innovation, information technology, and facilities management. His leadership continues to drive organizational effectiveness and support CSAAC’s commitment to excellence.
Dora Fisher
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Dora Fisher was appointed Director of Human Resources in June 2022. Dora has over 20 years of experience in HR and Operations and is a results focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivational solutions to retain the most important corporate asset – our employees.
Dora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgetown University, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
CSAAC’s Directors
Sam Asiamah
Director of Residential Support Services
Mr. Sam Asiamah has been the Director of the Residential Support Services at CSAAC since 2007. He provides leadership, direction and oversight of the residential supports program. Mr. Asiamah has 17 years of banking experience and 22 years in human services.
Christopher Drayton
Director of Vocational Support & Meaningful Day Services
Christopher Drayton provides strategic leadership and oversight for CSAAC’s adult day, vocational, employment, and community-based programs. This role ensures that services are person-centered, outcomes-driven, and designed to help individuals with autism build meaningful skills, increase independence, explore employment opportunities, and actively participate in their communities.
Teresa Ford
Director of Training
Ms. Teresa Ford was appointed as CSAAC’s Director of Training in 2017. She joined CSAAC in 2012 as a Training Coordinator. Teresa runs the Training Center and ensures that staff receives the required training for their position.
Paul Martineau
Director of Special Projects/Operations
Mr. Paul Martineau was named Director of Special Projects/Operations in 2019. Paul joined CSAAC in 2017 after a 43 year career as a manager of retail food stores. He is a 1978 graduate of the University of Maryland/College Park.
Hon. Nancy Navarro
Director of Growth, Outreach & Strategic Initiatives
Hon. Nancy Navarro is the first Latina elected to serve on the Montgomery County, Maryland Council. First elected in 2009, she served multiple terms, including two as Council President and Council Vice President. Prior to her service on the Council, she served on the Montgomery County Board of Education. She also chaired the Fiscal Policy and Government Operations Committee, providing leadership on the County’s fiscal policies, government accountability, procurement, and operational oversight. Nancy leads CSAAC’s efforts in strategic growth, government relations, fundraising, and public engagement. Drawing on her extensive experience in public service, policy, and advocacy, she works to strengthen partnerships, expand awareness, and advance initiatives that support CSAAC’s mission of empowering individuals with autism to live meaningful, self-directed lives.
Tavis Ndure
Director of Youth Services
Mr. Tavis Ndure has been promoted to Director of Youth Services since July 2023. Tavis joined CSAAC in 2001 and has his Master of Science degree in Management in Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Yolanda Rogers
Director of Behavioral Support Services
Dr. Yolanda Rogers is the Director of Behavioral Support Services and a dedicated clinical leader with over 12 years of experience in behavioral health and human services. She is responsible for ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and effective behavioral support practices throughout the organization. Dr. Rogers works closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote collaborative, person-centered care and improve outcomes for individuals receiving services. Her passion for excellence and advocacy helps create supportive environments where individuals can thrive.
Abba Sackey
Director of Quality Assurance
Ms. Abba Sackey was promoted to the Director of Quality Assurance. She has been managing and participating in the review process during state investigations, inspections, and standing committee review. Abba has over 22 years of management experience.
Brian Tureck
Director of Education
Brian Tureck has been at the Community School since 2017. He has worked in education for 25 years, including more than 10 years working in special education settings. Brian has a BA in Public Policy and a MEd in Counseling.
Robert Tyndall
Director of Information Systems
Since joining CSAAC in 2016, Robert has supported CSAAC’s enterprise systems and documentation platforms used across the organization’s residential, vocational, and educational programs.
Eric Wyndham
Director of Transportation
Eric Wyndham was recently promoted to Director of Transportation in January 2025. Eric is dedicated and enjoys working with Individuals with special needs. He is a graduate of UMBC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
